Tools You Need to Build this Platform Bed Project:

• Large Miter Box with Hand Saw – capable of cutting 4” diameter Plastic Pipe, which has an outside diameter of 4-1/2”
• Router with 1/8” and 1/4” round over bits with pilot bearings
• Finishing Sander
• Electric Drill
• 2” Diameter Hole Saw
• Try Square
• Woodturning Lathe with a drive end chuck (Optional)

Craftsmanship:

• We instruct you on how to cut Plastic Pipe squarely, at precise lengths using hand tools
• Special easy methods of marking, aligning and gluing pipe and fittings like no plumber has ever done before
• We instruct you on how to make TEE joints in pipe – where fittings cannot fit
• Ideas on How To Finish Your Project – We tell you about priming, painting & wallpapering
  We share our easy ways to make beautiful brass trim
• If you have a basic Woodturning Lathe – we show you how to turn the Post Finials just like in our photographs shown here.
