Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following forms of payment at ePlanSets.com: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Check and Money Order. Even though credit card orders are processed through PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account. If you are paying by check or money order, please send them to ePlanSets.com, PO Box 908, Middlebury, IN 46540. We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders or wire transfers.
Offline Ordering
We accept mail in orders. You can write your order and mail it with a check or money order to ePlanSets.com, PO Box 908, Middlebury, IN 46540. Make sure to include your name and your valid email address.
Shipping Rates and Procedures
ePlanSets.com ships all Project ePlanSet orders via email attachment in an Adobe Reader .pdf file format. There is never a charge for shiiping or handling. Sending out a printed copy of the Project ePlanSet is not the nature of our business. Our prices would have to go up considerably if we did that. Plus, then we would have to add charges for shipping and handling.
Warranty / Guarantee Statement
ePlanSets.com warrants and guarantees that our Project ePlanSets are written and illustrated with the greatest possible human accuracy. If you do find a legitimate error in a Project ePlanSet which you have purchased, and are kind enough to report this back to us via email to Doug@ePlanSets.com, you will have the opportunity to select any one ePlanSet for free as a thank you for your diligence in helping us to make sure we deliver the best possible products to our customers.
